The Conference speakers will be accommodated in Centrum Charytatywno-Edukacyjne Caritas Polska (Caritas Poland Charity and Education Centre) at Okopowa 55, Warsaw. The accommodation costs will be covered by the organizers of the Conference.

Travels: From the Chopin Airport to the Charity and Education Centre Caritas Poland
Conference participants will have to find their own travel means from the Chopin Airport to the Charity and Education Centre and cover the travel expenses on their own.
The cheapest and a relatively fast option is to use the public transport.
There is line 175 bus stop next to the Airport Terminal. You are recommended to take this bus to reach the PLAC ZAWISZY (Zawisza Square) bus stop. It is the sixteenth bus stop counting from the stop you board the bus. Get off at PLAC ZAWISZY and take tram number 1, heading for ANNOPOL. Get off at the seventh tram stop, the name of which is NISKA. The Charity and Education Centre Caritas Poland is located opposite the NISKA tram stop, at Okopowa 55.
Travel time: circa 30 minutes
Public transport tickets can be bought from vending machines located at the bus stops and in the buses or trams. The best option is to buy a disposable interchange (jednorazowy przesiadkowy) ticket.

The Conference guests will be entitled to free meals, served according to the following schedule:
- breakfast: 22 (Tuesday) – 25 (Friday) September 2015
- lunch: 22 (Tuesday) – 24 (Thursday) September 2015
- dinner: 22 (Tuesday) – 24 (Thursday) September 2015
The breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be served in the Dining Room of the Caritas Poland Charity and Education Centre.
